Safe Data, Despite Safe Harbor Ruling

TTI's International Servers Protect Associates From Unlawful Data Transfers

Personal data sent to U.S. servers from Europe could be considered illegal, according to a new ruling by the Court of Justice of the European Union.

I’m pleased to reassure our global network and their clients that TTI’s international European servers protect them from unlawful data transfers. We are compliant and always have been; European data is always stored in Europe.

Companies most at risk for lawsuits and immediate changes to data transfer protocols are those that store European data in the U.S.

However, since January 2012, we have stored European data in Europe and have several other international data servers to serve other locations.

In addition, whenever our data is transferred for validation and norming, it is done so without any personal identifiable information attached to it.

This is just another of the many ways TTI provides the most reliable, validated and safe assessments for our network and their clients the world over. It’s the reason why we operate in 90 countries and 40 languages.
