I'm the Customer Success Manager so my role pertains to managing the Partner Support team that assists our network. I gather feedback from them for improvements, updates and I help support their personal and professional growth paths.
In addition, I'm on our Partner Growth team which helps our partners strategize on their business goals, marketing, and coaching around ideas to grow and develop their business. I also host monthly Coffee Chats through my LinkedIn group to discuss business ideas, questions, and strategies.
I'm really passionate about making an impact of positivity and change in the world. I'm motivated by problem-solving to attain any goal. That's why my work with TTI SI is very fulfilling— I get to problem solve and help people.
The main way I try to live my life is to be happy and bring joy to others while trying to do a little better each day and have fun in the process.
I love being able to do outdoor activities with my husband. We love to swim, go for walks, and play Disc Golf. We also have 4 cats who we absolutely love! I also really enjoy doing crafts and cooking— creativity is important in my life.

I have been a Solutions Consultant with TTI SI for over 8 years. I support our clients by assisting their understanding and using all of our reports, products, services, and resources with their clients to change thousands of lives out in the world. I want our network to be heroes in the eyes of their clients.
I love to bring a smile to every person I meet and bring some joy into their life. I love my family and cherish our time together! I also love reading, both my Bible and historic novels.
Music always uplifts my world, whether it is contemporary Christian music or classical timeless melodies. I also enjoy the wonder of being out in nature for walks and hiking. I cannot forget the love I have for dogs as well!

I love the people I work with and the family-friendly work environment. I'm also passionate about my role and assisting a variety of people with a variety of problems and supporting them in understanding how they can best use our systems in their business.
Knowing how to drive a car means you can go further than your driveway, ya know? I love being able to help people reach their full potential using our tools.
I love reading, spending time with my 3 kids, and a little bit of writing/journaling. I am obsessed with supernatural lore, fantasy, and science fiction everything— movies, tv, books, you name it.

I am a Solutions Consultant at TTI SI. I came from the field of counseling for Hospice (palliative care) before TTI SI and was fascinated by the assessments that TTI SI offered. This role lets me serve others and build deeper relationships and help them grow personally and professionally.
I love my job as it changes every day depending on who I am trying to help. I love connecting with our network and hearing about the clients they are serving, and truly do believe that we are making a difference in finding the true potential in all who we serve on a daily basis.
TTI SI is like a family to me, and it has been my favorite job I have ever had outside of raising my five daughters. The culture is in alignment with what I value the most which is serving others to the best of my ability and working together to assist people in any way that I can.
I love spending time with my family by hosting big BBQs to test out my Husband's "smoked" concoctions on his BBQ. I love to read, journal, and meditate. I also garden, hike, play with my dogs, lay in my hammock, and go for long walks.
