What do you do at TTI SI?
My job as the Vice President of International Distribution is to oversee the international markets and open new markets, expand existing ones, and support our key partners with their local positioning and growth.
What's your favorite thing about working here?
My favorite thing about working at TTI SI is our incredible team. I have some of the best co-workers around. I am also very passionate about helping others discover and maximize their own potential and TTI SI's focus on improving peoples' lives aligns perfectly with that!
Who are you outside of work?
I love to spend time with my daughters and husband— I am always learning something from our interactions and it allows me to reflect on simple approaches to the daily demands of life today. I am also a big animal lover and I like to contribute to their well-being in any way I can. I like to paddleboard, hike, and cook.
Having had the opportunity to live in a few countries and working primarily for the international community for over 27 years now has provided me with a very unique perspective in life that I am forever thankful for.

My favorite thing about working at TTI SI has been the opportunity to try out a new career path. I'm passionate about learning about other cultures and get to do so through her work in this position with people all over the world.
Who are you outside of work?
I'm a Phoenix native and in my spare time, I have a side hustle restoring and selling midcentury furniture.
AMY LANE

I support the development of our global distribution network. By targeting the specific needs of each of our partners in the network, I provide support and resources from customer service and account management perspectives.
What's your favorite thing about working here?
I love being able to build and establish impactful relationships with existing and new customers as well as advocate for new ideas needed for the global market to support and develop the network across the organization.
Who are you outside of work?
I'm very focused on finding harmony in my surroundings; I believe strongly in finding balance at work and in life. When not working, I love spending time with my family, going to Pilates, and dancing. The beach is my happy place!

I explore new markets, manage lead inquiries, and support the development of the international TTI SI network by building and establishing relationships with existing and new customers.
What's your favorite thing about working here?
In this role, I exist to break the myth that we can't be ourselves when adapting to another culture by empowering global executives, ex-pats, and young professionals who are experiencing cultural adaptation challenges to stay connected with their core and achieve their life goals.
My mission is to create a world of cultural equality and celebration and my work at TTI SI lets me do just that!
Who are you outside of work?
In my pre-kid days, I love collecting hobbies and trying new things from rock climbing, salsa dancing, boxing, and playing drums. Now in early motherhood, I enjoy cooking with my family, and playing with my sons. I also love reading, running, doing yoga, and meditating.
HUGO SAUCEDO

What do you do at TTI SI?
I am the International Marketing Coordinator and LATAM Training and Development Manager. I am in charge of the delivery of all the trainings in Spanish on the different sciences that are behind all the TTI SI products. I also collaborate with the coordination of all communication with international audiences.
What's your favorite thing about working here?
I am a person who enjoys finding meaning and logic in everything, because at the end of the day everything is connected, understanding that common thread is my goal.
I am passionate about knowing new places, new customs, and new ways of thinking. I cannot imagine another company that allows me to enjoy my work as much as I find it at TTI SI.
I enjoy understanding the talent of people thanks to the TTISI methodologies. Knowing why someone acts, decides, reacts, and thinks the way they do has helped me improve my professional relationships, and, most importantly, this has helped me strengthen ties with the people I love most.
Who are you outside of work?
I currently split my time between two cities and enjoy spending time with my girlfriend and my dogs. I love cooking, reading, riding my bike, and playing the saxophone.
PAOLA RIVERA

What do you do at TTI SI?
My current position is as Business Development Manager for LATAM and the US. My main responsibility is to take care of current customers and develop new ones— I very much enjoy to be in direct contact with people and helping them out with their projects, requests and issues.
I strongly believe that the usefulness of our tools and solutions really help and add value to identify and develop people's potential which eventually builds a better world (both, personally and professionally).
What's your favorite thing about working here?
Through knowing myself better and understanding others, I am more able to help them resolve problems listening and understanding their challenges. I view myself as helping people and organizations to "untie knots".
What I value the most is doing the right things and doing them well. Performing with integrity, I believe in openness and fostering great communication.
Who are you outside of work?
I love to paint and I try to get at it in my spare time. I very much enjoy good cuisine, cooking and wine, so I studied to become a sommelier in the UK. These are two things I taught and now enjoy with my son (except for wine at the moment because he is only 10!).
